Supplier Governance Senior Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing supplier performance and quality, the full-time remote Supplier Governance Senior Manager will manage supplier governance meetings, support supplier evaluation and selection, and facilitate communication among stakeholders while contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and execute supplier governance meetings, monitor key performance indicators, and manage issues
• Support business functions in the evaluation, selection, and startup of suppliers
• Collaborate with business leadership to align supplier strategy with business needs and priorities

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of clinical experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of clinical experience
• BS/BA/BSc in the sciences or RN preferred
• 9 years of work experience in life sciences or a medically related field, including 6 years in biopharmaceutical clinical research
• Experience managing direct reports and working with clinical trial suppliers
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and FDA regulations
