Supplier Management Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Manager, Supplier Management, who will lead a team of Supplier Onboarding Specialists, overseeing end-to-end supplier onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance across various programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Supplier Onboarding Specialists, promoting accountability and continuous improvement
• Oversee the supplier onboarding process, ensuring compliance with timelines and standards
• Manage and optimize the Supplier Hub for data management and supplier performance tracking

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supplier management or contingent workforce operations
• 2+ years of people management experience, including team development
• Proven track record in managing supplier onboarding programs
• Strong knowledge of contingent labor models and VMS platforms
• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
