Supplier Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Development and Documentation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalize and standardize the Secondary Supplier Management Program framework and supporting operational templates
• Develop standard operating procedures for the supplier lifecycle and maintain RACI matrices for program activities
• Source, recruit, and qualify secondary suppliers, and manage the onboarding and contract execution processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in staffing operations, supplier management, or managed services programs
• Direct experience managing secondary suppliers or subvendor relationships
• Hands-on experience with at least one major VMS platform
• Strong understanding of staffing compliance requirements and experience developing supplier performance scorecards
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
