Supplier Management Supervisor

Job Summary

To support Supply Chain Solutions customers, the full-time remote Supplier Management Supervisor will manage purchase orders, foster international relationships, drive business growth, and ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders and coordinate with global locations for smooth goods movement
• Foster relationships with international UPS offices and ensure operational compliance
• Drive business growth through strategic customer meetings and data-driven solutions

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in supply chain management and/or ocean and customer relations
• Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) or three years of UPS experience
• Must have ocean freight experience
• Intermediate Excel skills are required
• Experience delivering customer service in direct customer-facing environments
