Supplier Manager

Job Summary

Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Supplier Manager I will manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of long-tail suppliers, ensuring consistent platform participation, onboarding new partners, and leveraging data to identify growth opportunities within a fast-growing marketplace ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Actively manage a portfolio of long-tail suppliers to ensure engagement and retention
• Support the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring seamless integration onto the platform
• Run data queries to identify growth opportunities and analyze transactional data to scale suppliers into active accounts

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, account management, vendor relations, or a similar fast-paced environment
• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills for managing complex workflows
• Excellent communication skills for providing operational support and building rapport with partners
• A proactive problem-solver interested in supplier and vendor management within a marketplace ecosystem
