Supplier Manager and Spend Analyst

Job Summary

Managing supplier onboarding processes, the full-time remote Supplier Manager and Spend Analyst will ensure efficient integration with Workday, enhance procurement operations, and oversee part-time staff supporting data entry and supplier accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the supplier onboarding system and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements within Workday to streamline procurement and contract management
• Manage part-time staff involved in supplier onboarding and data entry tasks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
• At least three years of experience in procure to pay processes
• A minimum of one year of supervisory experience
• Ability to work collaboratively and travel to campuses as needed
• Proficiency in multiple financial areas within the procure to pay lifecycle
