Supplier Networks Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the onboarding and contracting processes for intercultural trainers, the full-time Supplier Networks Specialist will provide support for the trainer network, maintain data integrity, and assist with online tool suppliers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the sourcing, onboarding, and contracting of intercultural trainers, ensuring accurate supplier profiles and addressing inquiries
• Maintain data integrity across various systems and provide coaching and support to intercultural suppliers regarding processes and tools
• Coordinate with online tools suppliers to resolve technical issues and assist with special projects as needed

Required qualifications

• College/University degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• One year of experience in the relocation industry or supply chain management
• Experience living abroad or working with diverse cultures
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in client relationship management
