Supplier Onboarding Lead

Job Summary

To enhance supplier management processes, the remote contract Supplier Onboarding Lead will oversee onboarding operations, manage cross-functional partnerships, and drive performance metrics within a complex global organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage supplier onboarding processes, including master data and payment setup
• Oversee operational performance through KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments to ensure compliance and efficiency

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in supplier onboarding or procurement operations
• 1+ years of leadership experience managing operational teams
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay operations and supplier data governance
• Experience with procurement orchestration platforms and ERP systems
• Proven track record in process improvement and technology-enabled transformations
