Job Summary
Leading the global supplier onboarding program, the contract Supplier Onboarding Lead will manage day-to-day operations, oversee a team, and ensure compliance and efficiency in supplier onboarding processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the supplier onboarding process, ensuring timely and compliant onboarding across multiple regions
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience
- Lead a global team, providing coaching and developing standard operating procedures for supplier onboarding
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in supplier onboarding, procurement operations, or supplier management in a global organization
- 1+ years of leadership experience managing operational teams
- Strong knowledge of supplier onboarding processes and procure-to-pay operations
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and Compliance teams
- Proficiency with procurement orchestration platforms and ERP systems
