Job Summary

Supplier Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the supplier program and technology infrastructure in a full-time remote capacity, focusing on supplier lifecycle management, operational governance, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Sourcing & Supplier Management department, ensuring timely execution of sourcing events and supplier management activities
  • Develop operational governance, policies, and procedures for supplier compliance and onboarding/offboarding
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance stakeholder experience
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of health insurance/managed care experience
  • 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or vendor management experience
  • Process improvement certifications (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
  • Experience managing or implementing procurement technology platforms preferred
