Supplier Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplier Operations Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the business and external suppliers, driving execution against scope, milestones, and quality metrics
• Lead end-to-end program execution across various teams, aligning stakeholders on dependencies and success metrics
• Own program plans and performance management documentation, tracking supplier performance against KPIs and driving risk mitigation activities

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in administrative coordination, project coordination, or supplier management
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain operations or a related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with global suppliers and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
