Supplier Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the supplier onboarding process, the full-time remote Supplier Operations Specialist will oversee supplier data management, compliance documentation, and operational efficiencies while collaborating with various internal teams to enhance the supplier experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end supplier onboarding process from request to activation
• Collect and maintain supplier information, ensuring compliance with documentation standards
• Monitor supplier onboarding activities to meet established service level agreements (SLAs)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 3-5 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Supplier Operations, or related functions
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of supplier onboarding and supplier master data management processes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
