Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Supplier Performance & Global Supply Resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a global supplier performance governance model and KPI architecture
• Establish multi-tier supplier visibility and develop risk monitoring frameworks
• Launch supplier innovation programs and support the implementation of digital supply management tools

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or supplier performance leadership with a Bachelor's degree; 5+ years with a Master's degree
• Experience managing global supply bases across multiple regions
• Experience implementing supplier governance and performance frameworks
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives at scale
• US Citizenship is required to apply
