Supplier Performance Leader

Job Summary

Transforming the global supply base into a competitive advantage, the full-time remote Supplier Performance Leader will design and implement a standardized governance model, develop performance metrics, and drive supplier innovation while ensuring risk resilience across an international network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead a global supplier performance governance model and develop KPI architecture
• Establish multi-tier supplier visibility and develop risk monitoring frameworks
• Launch structured supplier innovation programs and develop incentive structures for performance acceleration

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or supplier performance leadership with a Bachelor's degree; or 5+ years with a Master's degree
• Experience managing global supply bases across multiple regions
• Experience implementing supplier governance and performance frameworks
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives at scale
