Supplier Performance Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplier Performance Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global supplier performance management strategy and governance framework
• Build systems for performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting, and lead regular business reviews
• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and oversee risk management and compliance oversight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field; Master's preferred
• 10-12 years of experience in supplier performance or strategic sourcing, preferably in IT services
• Proven ability to design and lead global supplier performance management programs
• Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs and performance tools
• Certifications in supply chain, SRM, or risk management preferred
