Supplier Performance Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplier Performance Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Supplier Performance Management program, including scorecards and evaluation frameworks
• Coordinate and facilitate supplier Quarterly Business Reviews, tracking performance and action items
• Manage supplier performance escalations and support onboarding of new suppliers

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, or contract management
• Experience managing supplier performance reviews such as Quarterly Business Reviews
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
