Supplier Performance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplier Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day oversight of suppliers and ensure contractual compliance
• Serve as the primary contact for suppliers regarding service delivery and operational direction
• Monitor and improve the Supplier Performance Management Program and ensure timely completion of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Preferred vendor management experience
• Experience in Facilities and Construction Project Management and Sourcing is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, BI, Smartsheet, and other reporting platforms
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
