Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplier Performance Specialist to manage supplier relationships and performance based on customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate customer feedback related to hotel and transportation issues
• Track performance data and develop action plans to resolve recurring supplier issues
• Maintain supplier relationships through regular communication and participate in quarterly business reviews

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar role
• Knowledge of the travel industry
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and medium-level Excel & PowerPoint
