Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
• Knowledge of the travel industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams; medium-level Excel and PowerPoint skills
