Supplier Procurement Engineer

Job Summary

To support EPC procurement oversight for a large-scale advanced energy project, the contract Supplier Procurement Engineer will manage supplier performance, coordinate with various teams, and ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage EPC procurement performance, supplier oversight, and project execution
• Monitor supplier cost, schedule, technical deliverables, and procurement milestones
• Coordinate reviews of engineering specifications, bid packages, and supplier evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Nuclear, Systems, Civil Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred
• 10-20 years of supplier oversight, supplier management, or project management experience
• Experience supporting heavy industrial equipment procurement and manufacturing
• Experience developing Statements of Work (SOWs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
• Strong supplier oversight experience in engineering and manufacturing environments
