Supplier Project Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplier Project Engineer for a contract opportunity remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier performance through project management tools and oversight of cost, schedule, and risk
• Facilitate supplier selection activities and support the development of statements of work and project planning
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with contract and technical direction while managing supplier deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Technical degree + 4 years' experience in supplier oversight or project management, or 6 years experience in lieu of a degree
• Preferred technical degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, nuclear, systems, or civil engineering
• Experience in managing suppliers and supporting contractual aspects of customer/supplier relationships
• Experience in defining supplier scope and developing statements of work and requests for proposal
• PMP certification or equivalent training preferred
