Supplier Quality and Sourcing Lead

Job Summary

Managing supplier relationships and quality control processes, the full-time Supplier Quality and Sourcing Lead will remotely oversee sourcing for hardware components, supplier qualification, and early manufacturing readiness in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify suppliers for edge hardware and related components
• Manage samples, quotations, and supplier comparisons while coordinating communication between suppliers and engineering teams
• Set up quality control processes and identify risks related to counterfeit and supply chains

Required qualifications

• Experience in supplier sourcing, quality, and electronics manufacturing
• Direct experience with hardware components such as PCBA, sensors, and industrial electronics
• Strong supplier network in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, or the Greater Bay Area
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and professional English
• Experience with DFM, factory audits, and international shipping logistics
