Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Supplier Quality Engineer, responsible for ensuring suppliers deliver high-quality products and services, this full-time position requires collaboration and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement throughout the supply base.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier performance and implement corrective action plans to resolve quality issues
• Conduct supplier audits and participate in PPAP review processes
• Analyze defect data to identify trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4+ years of experience or 6-8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., AS9100)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and GD&T
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics
• Change agent focused on continuous improvement and achieving results
