Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Summary

To support the success of defense programs, the full-time remote Supplier Quality Engineer will evaluate supplier performance, conduct audits, and analyze defect data to ensure high-quality product delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess supplier performance, developing and implementing corrective action plans to resolve quality issues
• Conduct supplier audits and participate in Production Process Verifications (PPVs) and PPAP review processes
• Analyze supplier defect data to identify trends and drive preventative measures in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4+ years of relevant experience or 6-8+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, such as AS9100
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including GD&T
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
