Supplier Quality Manager

Job Summary

Supporting supplier quality management activities, the full-time Manager, Global Supplier Performance & Metrics will oversee supplier performance monitoring, KPI reporting, and audit support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Quality representative for assigned suppliers, facilitating communication and issue resolution
• Collect and analyze Global Supplier Quality metrics, developing performance dashboards and reports
• Support supplier audits and monitor corrective actions to ensure compliance and timely closure

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or health-related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry, focusing on Quality Assurance or Supplier Quality
• Experience using TrackWise Digital or comparable electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS)
• Working knowledge of FDA regulations and EU GMP guidelines
• Experience participating in supplier audits and risk-based supplier management activities
