• Create and lead strategy for North American market connectivity
• Monitor supplier performance and costs to meet targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key supplier partners

• Strong technical, commercial, and operational understanding of Messaging products
• Confidence to communicate at all levels and represent the company at conferences
• Strong local knowledge of market regulations and operations
