Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of strategic suppliers, the full-time Supplier Relationship Manager will optimize supplier performance, drive strategic alignment, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier performance and serve as the primary point of coordination between stakeholders and supplier partners
• Analyze supplier metrics and performance data to identify trends and address issues proactively
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to monitor supplier risk and implement mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, or procurement
• Experience analyzing data to influence business decisions and priorities
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across multiple business functions
• Strong communication skills, including experience leading executive-level meetings
