Supplier Relationship Manager

Job Summary

To protect and grow monetized supplier spend across Corpay Payables, the full-time Supplier Relationship Manager will engage strategically with high-value suppliers, manage downgrade defense, and drive supplier monetization through various payment solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-value downgrade cases and negotiate to retain card and debit spend
• Convert ACH/check suppliers to monetized payment solutions through targeted outreach
• Develop and maintain supplier relationship practices, including regular check-ins and business reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in business, payments, or related fields
• 6-8 years of experience in B2B payments, supplier relationship management, or fintech
• Proven negotiation skills with external partners and experience managing complex supplier discussions
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with payment modalities and supplier pricing
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI
