Supplier Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplier Specialist I to support vendor enrollment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls from enrollment campaigns to vendors
• Document vendor payment acceptance capabilities and gather payment instructions for processing
• Maintain vendor data in CRM and monitor updates in the vendor database

Required Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant customer support experience
• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• Positive and professional attitude with phone etiquette
• Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task
• Experience in a remote or work-from-home environment is preferred
