Job Summary
Supporting new programs and supplier engagement, the full-time remote Supplier Success Manager will onboard suppliers, develop promotional strategies for awarded contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance public procurement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard suppliers into programs and guide them through participation requirements
- Build outreach strategies through live conversations, webinars, and co-marketing activities to promote supplier contracts
- Develop market insights and create business plans that align with supplier needs and program priorities
Required qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
- Experience with public procurement or cooperative purchasing environments
- Background in SaaS or GovTech, connecting programs to customer needs
- Proven ability in strategic planning and managing business or marketing plans
- Experience engaging directly with suppliers to facilitate program adoption and promotion
