Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Vetify Supplier Support (B2B Customer Support).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Vetify Supplier Support operations, ensuring high-quality service across various support channels
- Manage a team of Team Leads, providing coaching and performance management to ensure effective operations
- Drive process improvements and the adoption of automation and AI to enhance supplier experience and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing a call center or support center, including frontline teams
- Experience managing multi-site or partner/BPO operations with a focus on performance management
- Strong knowledge of support center operations, including case management and customer satisfaction metrics
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM/case management platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and analysis
