Supply Acquisition Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, Supply Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and coach a team of 8-10 Sales Representatives
• Build sales processes, scripts, and incentives to improve conversions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key partners to improve processes and partnerships

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in people management
• 5+ years in an inside, full cycle sales management role
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and Gong
• Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment is a plus
• Experience leading a team selling into Hospitality or Property Management organizations is also a plus
