Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, Supply Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and coach a team of 8-10 Sales Representatives
Build sales processes, scripts, and incentives to improve conversions
Collaborate cross-functionally with key partners to improve processes and partnerships

Required Qualifications:

Prior experience in people management
5+ years in an inside, full cycle sales management role
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and Gong
Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment is a plus
Experience leading a team selling into Hospitality or Property Management organizations is also a plus
