Supply and Demand Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Parts Supply & Demand Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand forecasts for parts and components using historical data and market trends
• Translate demand forecasts into supply requirements and monitor inventory levels to mitigate stockouts or excess
• Partner with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to align supply plans with business needs and evaluate supplier performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience
• Experience in supply and demand planning, inventory management, or a related supply chain discipline
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data modeling
• APICS/CPIM or equivalent supply chain certification is preferred
