Supply Base Management Specialist

Job Summary

Leading supplier and subcontractor relationships, the full-time remote Supply Base Management Specialist Level 4 will ensure contractual obligations are met while managing supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage supplier and subcontractor business relationships to meet contractual obligations and customer expectations
• Develop and implement supplier base plans aligned with customer and program strategies
• Analyze supplier processes to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate risks affecting customer programs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related professional experience
• Experience in FAR/DFAR regulations and supply chain or procurement
• Proven track record in managing supplier quality and performance
• Ability to develop mitigation plans for supplier issues
• Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry is preferred
