Job Summary

Supporting on-site customer service and inventory management, the full-time temporary Supply Center Specialist will build relationships with scientists and lab managers, oversee inventory processes, and maintain merchandising standards while working remotely from Cambridge, MA.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and resolving product-related inquiries
• Oversee daily inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and auditing stock
• Collaborate with commercial teams to communicate customer feedback and drive business improvements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or related fields
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
