Supply Chain Advisory Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Manager, Supply Chain Advisory, this remote position will manage customer engagements, provide strategic insights, and support supply chain transformation initiatives for the Discrete Manufacturing team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering strategic insights and tailored Blue Yonder solutions to meet customer business requirements
• Participate in customer engagements and design sessions, documenting requirements and contributing to solution blueprinting activities
• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to support customer adoption activities and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 4 to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing supply chain advisory or solution consulting role, preferably in manufacturing
• Foundational understanding of supply chain domains such as forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management
• Strong communication skills to translate complex supply chain and technology concepts for diverse audiences
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality delivery and measurable value
