Supply Chain Advisory Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Manager, Supply Chain Advisory focused on WMS for the Discrete Manufacturing team, this role will manage customer engagements, provide strategic insights, and support supply chain transformation initiatives in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic insights and aligning Blue Yonder solutions with customer business requirements
- Participate in customer engagements and design sessions, documenting requirements and contributing to solution blueprinting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer adoption activities and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in a customer-facing supply chain advisory or solution consulting role, preferably in manufacturing
- Solid experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally BY WMS/JDA WMS
- Strong ability to translate supply chain and technology concepts for diverse audiences
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality delivery and measurable value
