Supply Chain Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a long-term contract basis, the Supply Chain Analyst will provide administrative support, manage import inbounds, and collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager and Planners to ensure documentation and materials are prepared as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support, including generating reports in Excel and SAP
• Manage inbound container tracking and ensure timely delivery confirmations
• Conduct inventory reviews and reconciliation to maintain accurate records

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 3-5 years of administrative and/or logistics experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Power BI
• Experience with SAP platforms related to procurement and logistics functions
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
