Job Summary
Analyzing and supporting supply chain processes, the full-time Supply Chain Analyst will ensure manufacturer compliance with DSCSA, manage incident reports for inbound and outbound shipments, and collaborate with distribution operations to resolve logistics issues.
Key responsibilities
- Perform first responder duties for inbound and outbound shipments, creating incident reports and tracking resolutions
- Collaborate with Distribution Operations and manufacturer partners to address logistics and product packaging issues affecting compliance
- Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and operational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of directly related experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of supply chain compliance regulations, particularly DSCSA
- Ability to implement effective processes for audit practices
