Job Summary
Joining a wine industry organization in Stamford, Connecticut, the part-time Supply Chain Analyst will manage data-driven analysis to enhance reporting accuracy, support planning activities, and improve operational efficiency while working remotely during standard business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and review balance sheet reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records and support month-end activities
- Create reporting that compares business performance against budget expectations and highlights significant trends or variances
- Build and refine Excel-based models, dashboards, and analytical reports to improve visibility into operational and financial performance
Required qualifications
- Detail-oriented experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain analysis with a strong understanding of operational and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills, including building complex models and managing large data sets
- Experience with financial reporting systems such as Cognos or similar enterprise platforms
- Hands-on knowledge of Power Query for data transformation and reporting improvement
- Strong analytical background with experience in data mining and automation
