Supply Chain Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting order flow and inventory accuracy, the part-time Supply Chain / Inventory Analyst will manage daily transaction activities between NetSuite and external fulfillment partners, focusing on resolving exceptions and maintaining clear communication in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily transaction activity to ensure accurate orders, shipments, and inventory updates
• Investigate exceptions in order and fulfillment records that may impact customer delivery
• Document findings and coordinate corrective actions with relevant partners for inventory discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Prior experience working with NetSuite in a supply chain or inventory environment
• Background supporting third-party logistics providers or warehouse operations
• Working knowledge of EDI processes and effective communication with EDI service partners
• Strong spreadsheet skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including data validation and reporting
• Demonstrated analytical ability with a track record of resolving discrepancies
