Supply Chain Associate

Job Summary

Driving procurement and execution for cabs, entrances, and doors, the full-time remote Sr. Associate, Supply Chain will manage purchasing compliance, provide sourcing recommendations, and oversee supplier performance across North America Field Offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sourcing execution and purchasing compliance to Otis Global P5 Purchasing Policy
• Prepare and manage purchase orders while tracking orders through delivery and resolving issues
• Validate supplier pricing and monitor supplier commercial performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a business-related field
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or Field Operations
• Understanding of project-based procurement or construction materials
