Job Summary
Providing legal counsel to clients, the full-time Supply Chain Attorney will support major companies in drafting and negotiating supply chain contracts, advising on regulatory compliance, and mitigating supply chain risks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate supply chain and transportation contracts, including procurement and logistics agreements
- Advise clients on compliance with federal transportation regulations and international trade laws
- Assist clients in managing supply chain risks such as disputes and product recalls
Required qualifications
- Licensed U.S. attorney with 3+ years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics law
- Strong knowledge of U.S. transportation laws and international regulations relevant to supply chain management
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements related to supply chain processes
