Supply Chain Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Supply Chain & Logistics team, the full-time Supply Chain Business Analyst will develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and create executive-level reports to drive informed business decisions in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create executive-level reports and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SQL to support supply chain decision-making
- Develop and maintain data governance standards, KPI definitions, and reporting documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy of supply chain data
- Analyze freight spend and service level metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business analytics, data analytics, operations management, statistics, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of three years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or business data analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and data analysis techniques
- Experience with NetSuite ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and SQL queries
- Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
