Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Cloud Support Director/Sr Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, training, and performance of support professionals within the Supply Chain Cloud team
• Oversee service delivery and resolution of escalated customer issues in collaboration with global teams
• Participate in projects to enhance technical support delivery and proactively monitor systems for potential issues

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Eight or more years of experience in software development, implementation, or technical support
• Six or more years of management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP and SCM applications preferred
• Proven success in customer engagement and strategic account management
