Supply Chain Consultant
Job Summary
To support a large-scale digital transformation program, the remote Supply Chain Consultant will leverage strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to gather requirements, document current and future-state processes, and collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead workshops and sessions to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Create process maps, user stories, and business requirements documents while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor, facilitating consensus and presenting findings to leadership stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs
- Proven experience with large-scale ERP or business transformation initiatives
- Strong hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash processes in manufacturing environments
- Experience working with Global Process Owners and executive stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced transformation environments
