Supply Chain Consultant - O2C
Job Summary
Seeking a Supply Chain Consultant - O2C, the remote contract position will focus on supporting a large-scale digital transformation program with expertise in Order-to-Cash, Order Management, and ERP implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end enterprise ERP implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Conduct business requirements gathering and stakeholder management to facilitate process mapping and gap analysis
- Utilize SQL for target mapping and collaborate with GPOs and Process Owners to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation
- Strong SME expertise in O2C, Order Management, and Order Entry
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, such as SAP or Salesforce
- Proficiency in As-Is / To-Be process mapping and functional documentation
- Experience in stakeholder management and analytical skills
