Supply Chain Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Contract Manager on a full-time, interim/contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and drafting support for purchasing professionals, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Advise on subcontract issues and draft agreements to protect the company's interests
• Assist in negotiations, review performance issues, and maintain communication with relevant stakeholders on legal matters

Required Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 7 years' experience
• Experience with US Government contract procurement processes and commercial contracts drafting
• Familiarity with Supply Chain processes and procedures
• Legal research experience
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
