Supply Chain Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain & PBM Contracts SME.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the lifecycle of 16+ pharmacy contracts, including commercial and government programs
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract compliance and maintain documentation for audits

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in PBM, pharmacy supply chain, or managed care contracting
• Deep understanding of rebate structures and network discount negotiations
• Prior exposure to government health programs such as CMS, FEHBP, or Medicaid
• In-depth knowledge of pharmacy benefit design and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in contract lifecycle management tools and Excel-based modeling
