Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support inbound and outbound logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound purchase orders and shipments, ensuring compliance with ship dates and quantities
• Coordinate inbound freight bookings and track shipments, resolving any issues that arise
• Execute and track outbound shipments, including 3PL coordination and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, sourcing, production, or operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including SKU/item management
• Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers, and distribution centers or 3PLs
